Jeff Peterson

Chairman & Chief Exective Officer

Mr. Peterson has been constantly involved in numerous early stage ventures in the public and private sectors, with an emphasis in healthcare and technology while assisting such companies in advisory and investment initiatives. He has been our Vice President of Finance since July 2012. Before such time he served in various capacities within ActiveCare from July 2011 until July 2012. From January 2010 until July 2011 he was the Director of Investor Relations for SecureAlert. Prior to SecureAlert, Jeffery was a co-owner of Alpine Securities, a stock brokerage firm in Utah, where his roles included Broker, Market Maker, Communications Officer and AML Officer, while holding the following FINRA security licenses: 7, 63, 55, and 24. Jeffrey graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance and Business Administration, while also being a founding member of the University Venture Fund. In addition to being Vice President of Finance, Jeffery is also a member of the Board of Directors and currently holds board observatory seats with Juneau Biosciences and CoNextions Medical.

Robert Welgos

Director

Mr. Welgos joined our board of directors in June 2009. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the Newark College of Engineering (1962) where he was elected to Who’s Who in American Universities and Colleges and the the school’s Athletic Hall Of Fame. He worked for 38 years with Allied Signal Corp (now Honeywell International). He progressed through various technical department management positions in the Engineered Plastics area and then moved into the commercial side of the business, where he served as the Manager, North American Distributor Sales and ultimately Director of International Operations. It was here that he established distribution networks throughout the Pacific Rim and South America. During this period, joint ventures were created with Lucky Goldstar in Korea, Japan Synthetic Rubber in Japan and Duromer Industries Ltd. in Australia.. He retired from Allied Signal Corp in 2000.

Bradley C. Robinson

Director

Mr. Robinson is the Chief Executive Officer of Predictive Technology Group, Inc.  Mr. Robinson has experience developing and structuring early stage ventures in the areas of pharmaceuticals, medical device and information technology. Mr. Robinson was a founding member of three such ventures in healthcare, one of which (Specialized Health Products International, Inc.) was publicly traded until its acquisition by C.R. Bard.  Predictive Technology Group, Inc. (“PRED”) develops and commercializes discoveries and technologies involved in novel molecular diagnostic and stem cell/pharmaceutical therapeutic products.  Mr. Robinson was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Infusive Technologies, LLC, which resulted in an asset acquisition by Sagent Pharmaceuticals, Inc. As part of the acquisition, Mr. Robinson became President of the medical device division of Sagent Pharmaceuticals. Sagent Pharmaceuticals is a specialty injectable pharmaceutical products company.  Mr. Robinson left Sagent Pharmaceuticals to become Vice President of Business Development of Juneau Biosciences, LLC (“Juneau”).  Juneau develops and commercializes genetic tests related to women’s healthcare.  While at Juneau, he was responsible for developing strategic partnerships and assisted in financing transactions.

Mr. Robinson earned an MBA/MIM from the Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Chad Olsen

Director

Since May 2016, Mr. Olsen has served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Search Group Partners, Inc., a premier recruiting firm that offers professional talent acquisition and consulting services to both local and nation-wide searches with its headquarters located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Previously, he provided accounting and consulting services as the founder and president of Acreal, LLC from May 2014 to May 2016. Prior to Acreal, he served for four years as Chief Financial Officer for Track Group, Inc. from January 2010 to May 2014, which provided electronic monitoring services as a lower-cost alternative to incarceration. Previous to his appointment as CFO, he served as Track Group's corporate controller from September 2001 to January 2010. Additionally, he served as Track Group's corporate secretary from January 2010 to November 2011. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Olsen worked at Kartchner and Purser, P.C., a certified public accounting firm in performing tax, auditing, and business advisory services. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Olsen worked in the banking industry with Universal Community Credit Union where he supervised teller and member services employees.

Mr. Olsen received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

David Hall

Director

Mr. Hall is the founder and President of HSA Health Insurance Company (a.k.a HSA Heath Plan), a health insurance company that offers HSA based health plans exclusively to the fully insured group market and the self-funded group market. Prior to HSA Heath Plan, in 2003 Mr. Hall co-founded HealthEquity, Inc. (NASDAQ: HQY), a leader in the Consumer Directed Healthcare space HealthEquity with over $4 billion of assets under management and over 2.2 million HSAs. Prior to co-founding HealthEquity, Mr. Hall worked with Peppers & Rogers Group, a firm specializing in Customer Relationship Management strategy from May 2000 through January 2003. In addition to these business ventures, Mr. Hall served as President from May 1999 to May 2000 of TimeMarker, Inc., a company that helped other businesses leverage the Internet to sell their time-perishable inventory using a proprietary wireless exchange platform. Prior to this, he worked for Ernst and Young in their Strategic Advisory Services group from May 1997 through May 1999.

Mr. Hall received a master of business administration from Brigham Young University and a bachelor's in English from Weber State University.
