CareSpecialists can arrange for grocery and meal delivery right to your door. ActiveCare contracts with grocery delivery services in your area.

Are Transportation services included?

ActiveCare can schedule transportation services for your doctors’ appointments, social activities, and more. Roadside Assistance and directions are also available for those who prefer to drive themselves.  The cost of transportation can be paid directly by the member or billed to a credit card.
